Can you hide the billing information on Infusionsoft order form?
Unfortunately, the actual Infusionsoft order form requires that the Phone Number, and billing address fields are filled out, regardless of what your Merchant AVS settings are, so there isn't an easy solution to hiding it.
Theoretically, it is possible to have a developer write some code that hides the fields and auto-populates the hidden fields with a false value like "None". So the fields are there,
The only downside is that if you have existing customers that are purchasing, where they have a valid address in their contact record, that valid address would be over-written.
If you don't care about having mailing/billing addresses for your customers, then this side-effect would be a non-issue.
