PayPal Checkout Button Isn't Showing
Not showing on Chrome Mobile or in your app it's not turned on
There are two possible reasons why PayPal is not displaying on your order form.
First, you might not have it turned on as a payment option inside your Infusionsoft account. To check this, log in to Infusionsoft and visit your Ecommerce Setup. Navigate to the Payment section and click Payment Types. You will be able to see whether or not you have the box checked to allow PayPal onto your order forms.
The other reason the PayPal button may not be showing is if you are viewing the order form on mobile with a Chrome browser.
PayPal shows up on mobile in all scenarios except for when being viewed in a Chrome Mobile browser.
The Infusionsoft/PayPal integration is broken when checking out via Chrome Mobile. The PayPal Checkout process takes you to a blank white screen, where you can't do anything before you can complete the purchase.
Because of this, we hide the PayPal option on Chrome Mobile only in order to force people to use their CC to avoid cart abandons and increase conversions for you.
At this time, Infusionsoft still has not fixed this issue.
