Adding Shipping Options

You'll find that you have some issues when you're dealing with international shipping unless you get the settings just right inside Infusionsoft. Watch the video below to learn the exact steps to set up international and domestic shipping rates. Start by going into your e-commerce settings in Infusionsoft and then click on shipping options.

We want to make sure you set your address. 

Then you'll want to set up your shipping methods under international shipping. Make sure you select "this is an international shipping method". 

Make sure you check the checkbox to "Allow shipping outside the United States" i.e. international shipping and then select which countries are domestic countries. Click save.

Go back to your order form link to review and make sure the shipping is now displaying correctly.
